From the agriculture of Yongjia, this system developed to the whole of Wenzhou city and from Wenzhou city and Taizhou city to the whole of Wenzhou province. As a result, Zhejiang became a rich economic province from a poor resource province. Now, in parallel with Guangdong, Wen Zhou’s gross domestic product reached more than 700 billion yuan.

     Thanks to the function predigest ion of local government, Wenzhou gained their prosperity. The government didn’t intervene in microeconomic and its daily management. They concentrated on the following things: improving macroeconomic environment, doing well construction programming, making game principles, carrying out social supervision according to law, setting up commonweal, offering public services, perfecting tax system, enriching financial strength and improving the construction of infrastructure. Now, the former desolate and messy vision disappeared. With the spacious roads, clean and healthy cities, developed traffic, good electric power and telecommunications service, they realized the central government's spirit---strengthening government's controlling power on economy.
